Sometimes, it's nice to change things up in the hot shop. It has been refreshing to create these once again, even though the process remains the same. We begin by splitting some silver leaf, which is then rolled onto our gather of molten glass. After that, we drop the glass into our new Tumble Cup mold, which gives the glass its unique shape. The final steps involve the cold shop processes, just like the rest of our drinkware: hot popping, grinding, and hot polishing. The Tumble Cups are part of our 10-Year Anniversary Collection and are available on our website or in the gallery!
