But so many suffer from it 😔 Here’s a famous point protocol popularized by the late great Dr. Richard Tan (a TCM master) that he needled frequently on patients with difficulty sleeping. You can’t needle yourself at home, but you can massage these points if you’re having trouble sleeping 😴 1. Spirit Gate ( called Shen Men in Chinese) - at the top of the ear on the piece of cartilage that looks kind of like a triangle. Massage the center of the triangle to stimulate this point to relieve anxiety, stress and even pain. 1-3 minutes. 2. Peaceful Sleep point (An Mian) - find your earlobe then move behind your ear. Slide up the bony area until you find a little “ditch” or depression. It may feel tender. Massage 1-3 minutes. 3.
