According to a recent analysis of aggregate and de-identified member data, we determined the locations around the world where Oura Members have seen the greatest improvements in their health metrics. Members in these cities stand out for the greatest improvements in resting heart rate (RHR), an indicator of good cardiovascular health and overall fitness. While individual factors like exercise and sleep are primary drivers of RHR, the environment can also play a subtle but significant role. Read more of our findings on the Pulse Blog.
