Inspired by Australia, it’s where we grew Koala Eco from a dream into reality, thanks to an idea which could make use of materials on our doorstep: the incredible healing and cleansing properties of Australia’s native botanicals. The soil and weather conditions, even when—perhaps especially when—they are harsh support the most resilient and bountiful of trees and shrubs, like tea tree, eucalyptus and lemon scented myrtle. Regenerating after fire and surviving fierce drought, these plants hang in there even when the going gets tough. Australian essential oils have been prized for millennia for their medicinal and antiseptic strength. It’s the pure, enduring essence of this lucky country.
