Hero WOD honoring Firefighter Arnaldo “Arnie” Quinones — a dedicated public servant, husband, and father. Arnie served with the Los Angeles County Fire Department and gave his life in the line of duty on August 30, 2009, during the Station Fire. While engaged in fire suppression efforts protecting Camp 16 near Palmdale, California, his emergency-response vehicle went off the road and fell 800 feet into a steep canyon. A fund has been established by the Los Angeles County Fire Department to support Arnie’s family. His legacy lives on. #herowod #arniequinones #honorthefallen
