Another Yosemite painting! My sister got to visit the park a few months ago now, and this was my absolute favorite photo that she took! I was a little nervous to tackle trying to paint it, but I figured an imperfect painting is better than never painting it at all 😅 It was a little tricky finding the right balance of detail for the rocks, but I’m pretty happy with where it ended up! 9x12 gouache on cold pressed watercolor paper
