💙 I don’t always look sick—so people assume I’m fine. But invisible illness is still illness, and I’ve learned to stop explaining myself to everyone. 💙 I’ve missed milestones, events, and even meals with my family. Grieving the version of life I imagined used to crush me. Now, I find joy in the tiny moments I can show up for. 💙 Some days, brushing my hair or answering a text takes everything I have.
