It’s Cheesesteak Season on the Karbon Steel Griddle! Full recipe: Season extra thin, boneless short ribs with kosher salt and crisp up on the preheated griddle. Tear into small strips as you go. 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat and add beef tallow to the griddle, followed by sweet onion and green peppers. Season with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or so. Once browned, add in shiitake mushrooms and cook until soft, 2-3 minutes.
