Recipe For the filling: * 6-7 apples, peeled and chopped * 2 tbsp sugar * 1 tsp ground cinnamon * 2 tsp orange juice For the topping: * 1 cup light brown sugar * ¾ cup oats * ¾ cup flour * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1 stick butter, cubed * A sprinkle of salt Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter a pie dish or an 8x8 pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, sugar, cinnamon, and orange juice. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt for the topping. 4. Cut in the cubed butter using a fork or your fingers until the mixture is clumpy. 5. Spread the apple mixture evenly in your prepared dish. 6. Press the topping firmly over the apples. 7. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
