They have lots of handy tools to be able to make the most of summer and enjoy laid-back meals with friends. I’ve used their peeler to make an easy and delicious courgette ribbon salad, and a quick dressing with their garlic press and citrus juicer.  Recipe  Makes 2 portions  2 small courgettes, washed and peeled into ribbons  1 clove garlic, pressed 1 lemon, juiced 1 tbsp parsley leaves, washed and picked 1 tbsp dill leaves, washed and picked 1 tsp tarragon leaves, washed and picked Small handful rocket leaves, washed 2 tbsp green olives, pitted and halved lengthways 2 heaped tbsp ricotta 2 tbsp olive oil  Salt and pepper  1. Mix together the lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper 2. In a large mixing bowl stir together the courgettes, herbs, olives and dressing 3. Arrange on a serving plate, top with blobs of ricotta cheese
