Another great week of prep in the books. 13 weeks out, 247lbs. Body is rolling, changing faster than I ever have on a prep and mannnnn I’m hungry early 😂 and I’m eating so I know my body is functioning efficiently. Your mindset plays such a huge roll in this sport and the only thing on my mind is to do everything 100% to a t perfect, checking every single box, leaving zero stone unturned and being the absolute best me I can be in 13 weeks.
