It’s lead to plenty of depressed days and thoughts of whether or not I would have “achieved” higher accolades in running and life. I am so grateful to now be at a point where I still have resistance and carry it with me as a teacher, as I do things that terrify me, ignite my spirit, help me prove to myself and others how much more we can do than ever imagined, and connect me more to myself and our human race.
