Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted. -In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1/2 tbsp coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth and creamy. -Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into each cavity of a bunny-shaped silicone mold; freeze for about 10 minutes to set -Once the chocolate layer is firm, spoon in the melted peanut butter mixture, leaving a little space at the top for more chocolate -Cover the peanut butter filling with another layer of melted chocolate; freeze until fully set and enjoy!
