We went from long lifting sessions to long runs and I’m loving the time it’s giving us together🫶🏽 We recently read The Comfort Crisis by @michaeleaster and we are working on doing more things that connect us to the struggle and finding the peace that undistracted time gives us. There’s so much pride to be found when overcoming things that are uncomfortable or difficult. It truly prepares us the have better stress responses to the menial and mundane of everyday life.
