@wehilani.lymphatics — one thing about my postpartum journey that is different than the last, is my dedication to healing from the inside out. I began with bone broths and teas, and now, at 5 months PP I am still focusing on the inner-work. Our bodies have a natural filtration system and a lymphatic draining massage helps move stagnant energy and toxins through it to release unwanted inflammation. I felt swollen and “off” this week and so I reached out to @wehilani.lymphatics for a lymphatic draining treatment. I’m proud to support a local, native Hawaiian mother of 2 while supporting myself through postpartum.
