Gather round and meet the Salmon Creek Sharing Set, a one-of-nine collectible ceramic set that brings the beauty of California redwoods to the clay. Made in collaboration with Salmon Creek in Albion, CA, the stack’s pieces were informed by the Shared Meal, an important element of the experience at Salmon Creek Farm. Each piece is hand-glazed by Heath’s Master Glazer, Winnie Crittenden, using a technique she developed for this project. Bright, glossy interior glazes pay homage to Salmon Creek’s cabins, while the exteriors emulate the look and feel of California redwoods. We only made nine Sharing Sets, and a limited number of specially glazed Rim Mini Bowls—available now at heathceramics.com. A portion of the proceeds from each purchase goes to supporting the non-profit school programs of @salmon_creek_arts, led by artist Fritz Haeg.
