8 Years of Hanahana Beauty. WOW. I can’t believe I’m writing this. Swipe down memory lane 10 years ago, I was teaching 7th grade Algebra and mentoring a group of 12 ninth graders—never imagining that my experimenting of whipping up shea butter in my kitchen (because Chicago winters had me ASHY 😩) would turn into Hanahana Beauty. Fast forward 8 years into this business, and let me tell you—it’s been a wild, hard, beautiful growth journey. There were moments I questioned everything, moments I celebrated big wins, and through it all, I kept growing. Im so for the community that we have built! With yall we wouldn’t be here truly!! Thank you to every person that has ever shared, purchased, gifted someone our products, packed a boxed, stoped by hq to cowork and attended our activations! At first, my motivation was impact and passion (with a little ego and fear in the mix, if I’m being honest), but today, my purpose is clearer than ever.
