In a restaurant, ‘86’ means ‘we’re out’ of something. For my business, it’s about changing the parameters of the industry. Like, let’s 86 the idea of ‘back of house’, and the cook as the worker. Your hot take for this NFL season? LA Rams win the Superbowl! I go into it every year looking at it like that. What’s your happy place? Being a dad! It doesn't matter what my day was like, good or bad, I could have burned some steak, you know. I could have made a terrible meal, but like, I get home and he's like, dad, football, football. Favorite shoe? I like these MCRs, they're super comfortable. I'll go from a game at SoFi, then I'll drive back and I'll make dinner Sunday night so I need something where I can go in-game fresh, clean comfortable and then straight to the kitchen and make a full meal.
