you could do a lot with 15 (ok, maybe 30🙃) mins ....we’ll be making these almond butter cup pop tarts 👩‍🍳 they’re perfect for that nostalgic fix without any junky ingredients 💜 ingredients: 🤎 1 sheet of pie crust or puff pastry 🤎 3 tbsp almond butter 🤎 3 tbsp maple syrup 🤎 5 tbsp water 🤎 non-dairy milk or egg wash 🤎 1 bag + 4 unreal almond butter cups 🤎 1 cup powdered sugar 🤎 2 tbsp cocoa 🤎 1 tbsp butter 💫 preheat oven to 425°F. roll out pie crust & cut into 6-8 rectangles. 💫 mix maple syrup, almond butter, and 1 tbsp water until smooth. 💫 add ~1 tbsp filling to half the pie crust pieces. 💫 brush edges with non-dairy or egg wash, then top with remaining crust to form pop tarts. 💫 seal edges with a fork, dock the tops 2-3 times. 💫 bake for ~17 minutes until golden brown. 💫 for glaze: microwave butter and 4 tbsp water, then melt in almond butter cups.
