In the second instalment of the Ghana Uncovered series, documentary filmmaker and Gandys ambassador Simon Felber takes a closer look at the Future Stars School in Buduburam. Formerly a refugee community 27 miles west of Accra, its mission is to educate and empower local children through literacy. At Gandys, 10% of every sale funds children’s education projects, such as Future Stars School, helping to empower children to break the cycle of poverty through education. *Prior to filming, all children were informed about the recording process and its purpose.
