We need you here. And we need your light. You make a difference. 💡 These days, it can feel impossible to take in all the traumatic, heartbreaking things happening every day all around the world. Social media puts it all on display, everyday. We want to care. We want to stay informed. But we also have to find ways to protect our peace and our mental health. Because you and I are still here. And we are still needed. Like me, you might be a mom, a friend, a sister, a daughter, a leader, a co-worker, a neighbor. And every day, we have to find ways to reset so we can show up in the world and share our love…so we can hopefully make it a better place. I’ll be honest…sometimes posting about skincare and self-care in times like these can feel so small and insignificant. But this morning, as I did my little Saturday reset, I remembered why it matters. These little acts of care are what keep me going when the weight of everything just says, “stay in bed.” So today, I hope you’ll give yourself that gift. Get up. Take a walk. Step outside. Take a deep breath. Drink some water. Do the small things that help you feel human and help you feel grateful. Because we’re still here. And the world still needs our light.
