People ask me ALL the time how to get the best results with Frownies, and I keep repeating the same four things, so here we go. 1️⃣ Your Frownies do not need to be cute or symmetrical. Overlap them like paper mache. The deeper the lines, the more overlap you want. Stiffer hold = better support. 2️⃣Use the Rose Water Hydrator. If you skip it, you’re skipping easier application and slightly better results. It doesn’t just activate the patches, it adds skin-loving ingredients and helps everything stick better. 3️⃣ Cover your entire forehead, especially if you’re new. No, you don’t have to cover the entire forehead, but if you’re not loving your results, this is usually why. More coverage = more support. Long-time users can often use less. Either way, some is always better than none. Consistency wins. 4️⃣ Seal it all in. Spritz and press with a dry towel, or palm a damp hand over the top.
