Glutes, abs, and forehead lines! It sounds weird but wearing @frownies to the gym is literally the only reason I remember to put them on at night! I’ve noticed after years of watching myself train (aka vanity) I have a VERY EXPRESSIVE face in the gym! Heavy weights = deep (deep) furrow! I tried “Botulism Toxin” years ago (let’s call it by its full name friends!) and although it is like a magic eraser in syringe form, it’s not for me. Frownies create a cast and essentially create the same paralyzing effect on the muscle over time without the harmful toxin. @frownies does this by re-training your face muscles. It may not reverse the deep lines I already have but it will slow the progression! Also I used to be embarrassed to wear my Frownies to bed next to my husband. But now I wear mouth tape and look like a hostage victim every night sooo… he doesn’t even notice! Lastly, what I love best about Frownies is that I can slather on all my face oils and serums like a greased little pig 🐷 and they still stick, cast and work their magic allowing my skincare to do the same!
