Listen, I am typically in 2-5 cities A WEEK and it is not an easy life, but we all know the only easy day was yesterday right? 👊🏼 So excuse the crazy bed head and come along with me for just a taste of a “day in my life” as a speaker and an entrepreneur. My nonnegotiables on the road: 👊🏼 I always get a workout in 👊🏼 I use the plane and airport for email/work 👊🏼 I don’t typically drink while traveling 👊🏼 I eat clean and fuel my body all day 👊🏼 I pack clean supplements to keep me going All of this helps me stay healthy and energized to bring the 🔥🔥🔥 on stage.
