You might be able to dumbbell lateral raise 50s, but try loading 50lbs on the outside sleeve. Don’t worry, we’ll wait 😉 Remember, the Dragonfly isn’t restricted to JUST lateral raises. We’ve found that front raises, rear felt flys, chest flys, and rows have felt very comfortable on the unit.
