It’s the start of Green Bean season! To celebrate, we’ve tucked a generous handful into every Friday Box delivery tomorrow—grown with care by our friends at Covilli Farms. It might just be the perfect moment to revisit our Green Beans in Balsamic Aspic recipe from last summer (created by the wonder from Down Under, @chrisyuille). The shimmering jelly layer is a balsamic vinegar aspic, and beneath it, a bright green mousse made from fresh peas and our Summer Olive Oil—both of which are available again for the season. This week’s box is brimming with Ruby Grapefruit, Red Bartlett Pears, Artichokes, French Breakfast Radish, a loaf of Jalapeño Gouda from the bakers at @outofthinair.la and more.
