For everyone who got an @evanfunke vegetable box today, we added a little something extra: a free mini bottle of our Fig Balsamic Vinegar. This aged vinegar is very special, and it’s made with a lot of care. You won’t find any infusions here. Instead we used a pure, organic fig juice sourced all the way from Southern Italy. This gives our vinegar a that captures the natural sweetness and beautiful aroma of the figs. This method is our little secret to keeping the vinegar’s balance just right—fruity and bright, but never too sweet. X Richard
