I’ve been making some form this Apple Crisp Peanut Butter + Greek yogurt since I got it. Here is a super simple balanced snack or small meal that would be great pre-workout or any time of the day, and for kids too. You’re getting a complete source of protein, carbs, produce, fiber, healthy fats, probiotics- hitting so many of the good boxes ✅ Most of my “recipes” don’t involve a ton of skill or time because you truly don’t need much of either to eat and fuel well. This one is very easily adjustable to fit your own macro/calorie needs too. You can also prep it ahead of time and bring it with you. Shoutout to this @buckedup protein as well.
