I first found this song two summers ago, right after my uncle had passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. It’s continued to resonate deeply with me since then, especially through some continued loss and grief this year, or “between the coming and the going” as the song says, which is where I feel we all really exist in time. I honestly didn’t make this reel for any reason other than I wanted to share this song, and for this account to feel like a more personal side to everything I do at Finfolk. I love my little sculpting and painting Timelapse’s and I’ve always wanted to put them to “my” music and my vibes, but social media can feel so draining in always needing to post the next treading audio or viral hook. I suppose that’s usually why social media feels like work to me, I guess because it is. So it’s nice to feel a little free to post whatever I’d like to here. 🙂 I hope everyone is having a nice start to their week. We have some big plans for the upcoming summer line that I can’t wait to share in more official capacities. But for now, happy Wednesday!
