Last night at @new_mags, together with @fermliving, we celebrated ‘Can Lis, Jørn Utzon’—our new book dedicated to the Pritzker Prize–winning Danish architect’s Mallorcan home, a place of quiet majesty, built as if sculpted from the island’s cliffs. Following the conversation between photographer @simonpwatson and @phillippmaterna, head of brand and design at @fermliving—moderated by @robbiewhitehead, editorial director of Apartamento—dinner was served by chef @frederikbillebrahe and the kitchens of @apollo_bar, beginning with artichoke with tahini and ending with lemon sorbet and basil ice cream, tucked inside fresh lemons.
