Foster UPDATE | We’re overjoyed to share that Foster is officially healed and back to doing what he loves most — running, grazing, and socializing with all his friends at our @fhfsanctuary! ⁠ ⁠ Just over 6 months ago, Foster suffered a serious leg fracture. We knew we had to act fast. For the first 3 months, he was on a surgical line — able to stand and move, but unable to lie down, as the pressure from standing back up could have been devastating.⁠ ⁠ After months of care and close monitoring, x-rays finally revealed the break had stabilized. He was then moved off the line and placed on two additional months of stall rest to allow full healing.⁠ ⁠ And now? Foster has graduated to pasture life once again: fully healed, happy, and thriving. 🌿⁠ ⁠ We can’t thank you enough for being a part of his journey.
