What was your moment where everything shifted? For @taiotims, it took a serious health scare for him to regain control. “To be honest, it wasn’t one single moment. It was a collection of things that finally forced me to get my act together and take my health seriously. I was starting to get heavier, and deep down, I didn’t like the way I looked. My skin kept flaring up, which was frustrating and knocked my confidence. I was spending so much money on things that were only making me feel worse — like cigarettes, vapes, and takeout — and it all added up, taking a massive toll on both my physical and mental health.
