From the factory floor: Everyday Bowls go from a disc of raw clay, known as a pug slice, into the SA290 where they’re formed into bowls. After forming, the rims are trimmed by machine with a finishing touch from the operator. From there, bowls go into the rotating dryer where in under an hour they’re dry enough to head over to our bisque kilns for their first firing.
