The number one fat burning food I recommend is grass-fed red meat. Why grass-fed? Conventionally raised cows are raised on corn and grain. This is not only unnatural for the cows but may also be treated with pesticides and herbicides. These cows are generally also treated with antibiotics and hormones. When cows eat grass, they get their natural food, and they provide healthy meat. They accumulate omega-3 fatty acids, which support low inflammation levels and cellular health. Grass-fed red meat is also high in CLA, carnitine, and carnosine.
