👉For some reason, a lot of people got upset at my last post about stopping Daylight Savings Time and switching our clocks 2 times each year because they believe that Spring Forward and changing our ⏰ ahead an hour increases the amount of sun exposure each day. 👉This is wrong, it simply pushes back the time of sunrise and sunset - so later sunrises and sunsets. The reason the days are longer in the spring and summer in the Northern Hemisphere is due to the tilt of the Earth towards the sun. 👉The Days will ALWAYS BE LONGER during the spring and summer in the Northern Hemisphere regardless of whether we continue to change our clocks every spring!! 👉The Reason Changing our Clocks an Hour Every Spring and Fall Increases all cause Mortality is because it forces a dysfunction in our circadian rhythms which is has a negative impact on our health and for some individuals who already have health issues, this can be enough to lead to a serious health crisis. 👉There is simply no good reason to continue to manipulate our ⏰ every year to change the time of sunrise and sunset. #sleep #healthychoices #healthylife #health #wellness #naturalhealing #naturalhealth #hearthealth #eathealthy #sunshine
