The Land Cruiser Gauntlet wouldn’t have been the same without Tim. Now that the series is over I felt like I needed to take a second to really show my appreciation for those that completed it with me. It wasn’t just my journey, it was all of ours. Tim and I met at Uwharrie, NC years ago. A couple guys that connected on social media and decided to hang out offline. Our natural bond was wheeling, but soon we started finding other things to bond over. The thing about Tim is that on any adventure he’s down for the good times, and the not so good times. He never taps out. Never gets frustrated. Never gives up. He just jumps into action and finds ways to help. He’s the teammate everyone wants. I’m proud to call him one of my best friends. And I am so happy we got to do this trip together. Ben and Dmitriy are the pros. The guys I learned so much from. The ones that inspired me to buy and build an 80 series. They are two of the best off-roaders I’ve ever met and beyond that, two of the kindest most genuine people I’ve ever known. The lessons and knowledge of off-roading they’ve passed on to me are priceless. I couldn’t have asked for two better mentors. Chris Read has been my creative partner this last year. Helping me cobble together projects like the Alaska trip and this Land Cruiser Gauntlet. He is one of the smartest, most dedicated, and hardest working people I’ve ever been around. Every time I bring him an idea his response is always “okay, let’s do it! How can we make it even better”. Without Chris I don’t think these episodes would be even 1/10th of what they are. He truly makes the magic come alive. Caamon, our editor who worked tirelessly to help condense hours and hours of footage into one cohesive story. He spent so many days and nights on the phone with me figuring out ways to improve things and shift things and make things pop. I couldn’t ask for a better person to handle the massive amount of footage we shoot. It still blows my mind what he’s able to do. And to all the other incredible people like Lee, Nick, and Ryan that all made these episodes possible, I can’t thank you enough for your dedication to this project.
