INGREDIENTS * 2 TB Coconut oil * 1 Banana * 2 Scoops Devotion Wild Blueberry Protein powder * 1 tsp Vanilla extract * 1 C. Blueberries * 1 tsp Baking powder * 1 C. Almond milk, unsweetened * 1 1/4 C. Oat * 2 Eggs * 3/4 C. Non fat plain Greek yogurt, divided for serving DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray 4- 4x6 individual glass meal prep containers, or a 9x13 baking pan. Mash the banana in a large bowl. Add all ingredients except for the Greek yogurt and combine well. Divide the batter among the meal prep containers. Bake until set, about 15-20 minutes (longer if using just one large baking pan) Serve each portion with the 3TB Greek yogurt. You can eat it hot or cold.
