🇺🇸The Delsey Art Guide begins its Brazilian journey at a white dome by the sea, reached via a zigzagging walkway—one of Oscar Niemeyer’s final projects: the Fundação Niemeyer in Niterói. Built late in the architect’s life, it houses his archives and ideas, standing as a symbol of continuity: open, curved, and facing Rio across the bay. This dome, quietly hovering between sea and sky, captures the imagination of a country where architecture continues to shape and liberate identity.
