Our Prototype Node Cambium is bike 2 of 3 that that we showcased at the @seaotterclassic! This model bridges the gap between our traditional Node gravel bike and Root MTB hardtail. As builders we are seeing a split in gravel bikes. Wide-tire drop-bar mtbs versus gravel race bikes/all-roads. The main difference for the Cambium is the tire clearance and suspension correction. Utilizing a 73mm BB shell & boost spacing, the frame will accommodate up to a 29 x 2.3” max tire clearance. Ample chainstay crank room and optional chainstay yoke can allow riders to run up to 46T chainrings. Production models will include UDH dropouts, dropper post routing, internal brake cable routing & as always custom geo will be included.
