Don’t miss these Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tenders 🔥🐓 With only 3g fat and 27g protein per serving, you’ll definitely want to make these! Recipe below 👇 👉 Add flour and seasonings to a bowl and mix. In a second bowl, add beaten eggs and buffalo hot sauce and mix. In a third bowl, add crushed corn flakes and ranch seasoning to a bowl and mix. Dip chicken tenders in flour, then eggs, and then coat in corn flakes. Set on tray of air fryer. Spray with cooking oil and bake 400°F for 15 mins (205°C).
