Movement as a thought, not something to do, but to feel. It doesn’t start in the legs, but somewhere quieter. I chase motion, thinking stillness was failure. When I stopped running from the pause, I found it: an other pace. Then I started running differently, not for time, but to be. I moved differently. In that difference, I found something.

I used to run hard, faster, farther, always chasing something just out of reach. But I never asked why? Until one day, I stopped. Not because I couldn’t go on, but because I wanted to move different. That’s when it came to me: rhythm over race. I didn’t need to keep up, I needed to tune in. Movement as thought, not just action but awareness. Neither chasing nor waiting, just being.
