You’ve probably seen *that* purple gin brand at the liquor store 👀 Save your money, because you can DIY purple gin at home using butterfly pea flowers! In this video, we’re infusing our own vodka with our Botanical Gin Kit. If you have a favorite gin brand, just skip to step 4 to turn it purple. Step 1: Infuse 750 mL vodka with juniper for 24 hours. Step 2: Add botanical blend and infuse for 12 hours. This includes lemon peel, rosehips, coriander, cardamom, lavender & more. Step 3: Use the included filter & funnel to strain out the solids into a large mason jar. Step 4: To turn the entire batch purple, add 0.5 Oz butterfly pea flowers to the mason jar and let infuse for 10 minutes.
