(1/2-1 whole frozen banana is a great creamy thickener) 4. Add the rest of your ingredients. 5. PULSE FIRST. This is key. (Pulse about 5-6 times to break up ingredients) 6. Za'atar chicken cutlet caesar sandwich w/ creamy tahini caesar dressing This is my middle eastern take on a chicken caesar sandwich that features a crispy chicken cutlet coated in herbaceous za'atar and a creamy tahini caesar dressing that comes together beautifully in the powerful @beasthealth 1200 blender. Get the full recipe below and try my spin on a classic. Recipe: Tahini Caesar Dressing Ingredients: 1 cup plain greek yogurt 1/2 cup tahini 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp dijon mustard 2 anchovy filets 2 cloves grated garlic 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup grated parmesan salt and black pepper to taste Method: Add all ingredients to the blender cup and blend for 30 seconds until fully incorporated. Za'atar Chicken Cutlet Ingredients: Chicken Breast 1/2 cup AP flour 1/2 cup each of plain and panko breadcrumbs 1/4 cup grated parmesan 3 tbsp za'atar 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika salt and pepper 1 egg Cooking oil of choice Method: Butterfly and pound chicken until thin. Set up a three step breading station: (1) AP flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. (2) Beaten egg (3) Both bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds, parmesan, and 2 tbsp za'atar. Preheat oil in a skillet and fry until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Sprinkle remaining za'atar on top. Caesar Salad: 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce 1/4 diced pickled red onions 1/2 cup pita chips Tahini caesar dressing Grated parmesan and black pepper to taste Build: Split a sesame seeded hoagie roll, leaving a hinge.
