These Snickerdoodle Cookies featuring our Snickerdoodle Protein Powder are both CSE and Santa-approved for good reason!! 🎅🏻 They’re soft, cinnamon-y, and made with clean ingredients 🙌🏻 Grab the recipe below! 😋 Happy National Cookie Day! #cleansimpleeats ✖️ Protein Snickerdoodle Cookies 137 calories / 6F / 17C / 3P per serving ✖️ Ingredients: ½ cup butter (grass-fed, unsalted) ½ cup granulated sugar, organic ¼ cup brown sugar, organic 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk 1 Tbs greek yogurt, non-fat 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup all purpose flour, organic or 1 cup Gluten Free Flour, Cup for Cup brand ½ cup oat flour 1 serving CSE Snickerdoodle Protein Powder 1 tsp cream of tartar ¼ tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. kosher or sea salt Topping: 2 Tbs granulated sugar, organic 1 tsp cinnamon ✖️ Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2. In a bowl cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the egg and egg yolk and beat for another minute. Add the greek yogurt and vanilla extract and mix until combined. 3. In a separate bowl, combine both types of flour, protein powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together and add to the wet ingredients. Mix on low until just combined. 4. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll two tablespoons of dough into a ball and then roll the cookie dough ball into the cinnamon sugar until well coated. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining cookies. 5. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy!
