This is my favorite meal prep hack as a dietitian—and it’s not what you think 🤔 Smoothie meal prep! • I portion out frozen fruit, nuts/seeds, and other add-ins into freezer-safe bags so all I have to do later is add liquid and blend—no measuring 10+ ingredients first whenever I want a smoothie. [AD] • To boost protein, I use @drinkorgain Nut Butter Protein (inspired by Justin’s)—it’s got 20g of protein, all 9 essential amino acids, and just 1–2g of sugar per serving.
