Target Haul! 🛒 My Must-Have Convenient Food Products for Back-to-School 🎒 Back-to-school season means busy mornings and evenings with less time to get balanced meals on the table. Luckily, there are so many delicious, nutritious, and convenient products I can fall-back on to ensure my family and I are well-fed no matter how hectic life gets 🤪 Here’s a list of my go-tos from Target and what I typically use them for 👉 🔹Good & Gather Bars: a simple, balanced snack for me and the kids made with just nuts, seeds, and fruit 🍎 🔹 Goodles: we love this protein and fiber-packed pasta for last minute dinners and easy pasta salads for lunch 🍝 🔹 @drinkorgain Kid’s Plant Protein Shakes: these scrumptious shakes are the perfect lunch or snack booster, packed with nutrients kids need like protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They also make a great post-soccer snack. My kids are big fans of the chocolate flavor! #orgainpartner 🍫 🔹Frozen Wild Blueberries. These babies pack 2x the antioxidant power of regular blueberries and my kiddos love their smaller profile 🫐 🔹 Bean, Grain, and Veggie Blends. These freezer aisle items are a favorite and just the thing on nights when you want a balanced meal but need some inspo. 🥦 🔹 Cauli Tots - these are a recent find that my whole family loves and pretty much the only way anyone other than me will eat cauliflower 🔹Impossible Burgers - who doesn’t love a burger night? Bonus points when those burgers are a good source of both protein and fiber and animal-friendly. 🍔 🔹 Canned beans! The OG busy plant-based parent staple. I always stock up on chickpeas, lentils, black, navy, and chili beans. When I’m short on time, I can always crack open a can and get dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. 🫘 🔹 Simple Mills brownies: These boxed brownies (and their cookies too) are my go-to when I want something sweet, easy, and slightly nutritious.
