Prep for spooky season this year, with these Protein Halloween Cannolis!🌱🖤Save the recipe below to whip up these terrifyingly tasty treats all month💀 (8 cannolis): 👉Cannoli Ingredients: -8 small flour tortillas -Coconut oil, for brushing 🌱Filling: -2 cups plain, unsweetened plant-based yogurt -8 scoops Orgain Plant-Based Protein Powder + Superfoods & 1 Billion Probiotics -Vanilla (at Costco only)❤️ -A small splash of pure vanilla extract ✨OPTIONAL Garnishes: ½ cup plant-based white or dark chocolate, melted Candied “”mummy eyes”” Chopped nuts Sea salt Edible gold glitter Ground cinnamon Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F & line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly brush one side of each flour tortilla with coconut oil. Roll tin foil log & place in tortilla. Wrap & secure with toothpick. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake 10–12 min. Flip halfway through, until golden. Allow to cool completely before removing the foil. In a bowl, whisk yogurt, protein powder, & vanilla extract until smooth. Add mixture to a piping or Ziploc bag with the tip cut off. Refridgerate until ready to fill. White Chocolate Cannoli: Drizzle each shell with melted white chocolate & top with mummy candied eyes. Chill to harden. Pipe in filling. Dark Chocolate Cannoli: Coat half of shell with melted dark chocolate, then immediately sprinkle with chopped nuts, a pinch of sea salt, and a touch of edible gold glitter. Chill to harden. Pipe in filling & dust the exposed, uncoated cannoli opening with ground cinnamon.
