Coconut Lemon Nice Cream Recipe🍋: 2 scoops Orgain Organic Protein + Metabolism Blend🌱 - Vanilla 1 can canned coconut cream 5 lemons lemon zest Drizzle of raw honey Open up canned coconut cream & pour into silicone ice cube molds. Peel 2 of the lemons & cut into wedges put in a resealable bag & freeze coconut cream & lemons for 4hrs or overnight. Slice the other 3 lemons in half removing the lemon pulp & chopping into small pieces. Keep the empty lemon halves & place in freezer until ready to fill. Put a strainer under a bowl & squeeze out juice with the back of a spoon until all the lemon juice comes out. Add frozen coconut cream, frozen lemons, lemon juice & protein powder to a blender. Keep pulsing scraping down the sides until the mixture is smooth. Take out the empty frozen lemon halves & scoop frozen lemon nice cream in the lemon halves.
