Sweet Potato Tots Recipe: Ingredients: Tots:🥔 2 sweet potatoes (about 1lb) 2 scoops Orgain Perfect Blend Protein Powder💙 - Vanilla 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp salt Ground black pepper to taste 1 tbsp avocado oil Sweet ‘n Spicy Sauce🔥: 1/2 cup plain yogurt of choice 1 scoop Orgain Perfect Blend Protein Powder💙 - Vanilla 1 tbsp avocado mayo (or mayo of choice!) 1 tbsp sriracha Pinch of salt Halved lemon or lime squeeze Directions: Steam sweet potatoes for 30 min until tender then cool. Peel sweet potatoes then grate into a bowl. Add protein powder, spices & oil. Mix together & the texture will become a thicker consistency. Scoop 1 tbsp of the sweet potato mixture & form in a short long with your hands place on a parchment lined tray. Spray with avocado oil & air fry at 400 degrees for 25-30 min flipping halfway through. Mix the dipping sauce ingredients together until smooth. Sprinkle on some paprika & chili oil.
