Pair your carbs with protein, fat, and/or fiber. And stay mindful of portions. Here’s how I did that in this video 👇 OATS ✨ Turned into overnight oats with @DrinkOrgain Organic Protein Powder in Vanilla for plant-based protein with over 10 grams of protein per scoop. I also added some berries for extra fiber per usual! WRAP ✨Chose a whole wheat wrap for extra fiber and protein, and loaded it with a pre-made bagged salad (such an easy way to get extra veggies!), roasted chickpeas, and rotisserie chicken.  PIZZA ✨Balanced with easy Greek yogurt ranch for a protein boost, and paired with some chopped veggies for fiber and color. This was a frozen pizza – something I’ll often serve on super busy nights with an easy veg + protein on the side!
